Anti-Helicobacter pylori Activity of New Derivatives of 1, 3,4-Oxadiazole: In Silico Study

Background: The growing spread of drug resistance in Helicobacter pylori has caused concern. Urease is one the most important enzymes associated with H. activity. Oxadiazoles have a wide range inhibitory activities. aim this study was to investigate new oxadiazole compounds as urease inhibitors pylori. Methods: synthesized were reused ligands previous study, and initial structure optimized by Molecular Mechanics Models method. Then, evaluated on active site enzyme AutoDock Vina software, output results analyzed using soft Discovery Studio software. Results: All compounds, especially (4c) flour groups, exhibited powerful activity against Conclusions: present findings indicated potential novel synthetic 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole compounds.
